After breakfast at your hotel, meet your expert Egyptologist guide for a full day of exploration at some of Egypt’s most iconic sites.

Begin your journey on the Giza Plateau, where you will explore the legendary Great Pyramid of Khufu, along with the pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure. 

Stand in awe before the Great Sphinx, the enigmatic guardian of the plateau with the body of a lion and the face of a king. Continue to the Valley Temple, a sacred site where ancient rituals and mummification ceremonies were once performed.

Enjoy a delicious lunch at a well-reviewed local restaurant, savoring authentic Egyptian flavors.

In the afternoon, visit the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), a modern cultural landmark showcasing Egypt’s most treasured artifacts. Explore its grand halls filled with statues, jewelry, ceremonial objects, and royal treasures from the Old, Middle, and New Kingdoms.

After a day full of wonder, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Cairo for a restful evening.

Start your day early with a private transfer to Cairo Airport for a short domestic flight to Luxor, often called the “world’s greatest open-air museum.”

Upon arrival, meet your local expert guide and begin exploring the West Bank of Luxor, home to some of Egypt’s most spectacular ancient monuments. Visit the Valley of the Kings, where more than 60 royal tombs are carved deep into the desert hills. Step inside these tombs to admire vivid wall paintings and hieroglyphs depicting the pharaohs’ journey to the afterlife.

Next, explore the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut (Deir el-Bahari), a magnificent terraced complex honoring one of Egypt’s most powerful female rulers. Nearby, see the Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues that have stood watch over the Theban necropolis for millennia.

Cross to the East Bank of the Nile to visit the Karnak Temple complex, an awe-inspiring site featuring towering columns, grand courtyards, and sacred obelisks. Walk through the Hypostyle Hall, where 134 massive columns rise like stone trees, intricately carved with scenes of gods and kings.

End your Luxor exploration at Luxor Temple, once connected to Karnak by the Avenue of Sphinxes. Admire its massive statues, detailed reliefs, and sacred lake as your guide shares stories of ancient rituals and royal processions.

After this unforgettable journey, transfer back to Luxor Airport for your return flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, a private vehicle will take you back to your hotel for a well-earned rest.
