Itinerary

Begin with a pick-up from your hotel or Aswan Airport and head to the island of Agilkia to visit the Temple of Philae, one of Egypt’s most beautiful and romantic sanctuaries. Saved from the waters of Lake Nasser, its exquisite columns and reliefs tell tales of devotion to the goddess Isis. On the way back, stroll through Aswan’s colorful souq, rich with spices, textiles, and the sweet aroma of fresh sugarcane juice.

Board your elegant dahabiya for lunch as the crew raises the sails and your journey north begins. Pause at Kom Ombo Temple, dedicated to Sobek and Horus, to admire its perfect symmetry and fascinating medical reliefs. Continue past Herdiab Island to moor overnight at peaceful Bashier Island.

Following your guided visit, return to the dahabiya for lunch and a serene afternoon sail toward Esna. Relax on deck with tea in hand as you watch farmers tending their fields and children waving from the riverbanks. Moor overnight in Esna.
